ILY sign– Originated in American Sign Language used by deaf and hearing culture. Done by extending the thumb, index finger, and little finger while the middle and ring finger touches the palm. Informal of love

Thumbs up or thumbs down– The source is obscure but there are a lot of origin that has been proposed. Common gestures of approval or disapproval made by extending the thumb upward or downward.
