The most common foods that should be avoided when you are under a detox diet are margarine or hydrogenated fats, chlorinated water, Aspartame, table salt, Mono sodium glutamate, pesticides, food additives, alcoholic drinks, junk foods and sweeteners. Diet must consist of water, healing foods, vegetable juices.
