mjeah you’re right he is a prisoner, A prisoner without justice, A prisoner wherein he was convicted of the crime he never did. He was there to stay and suffer inside that confined place, without love and understanding from the world outside.

Mjeah he was alone, alone because no one will understand or even care.He was wrongly judge…I dare say “WE” are all prisoners, in a different sense. We all feel cold and alone at times wanting love, justice and understanding. Are there people who wants to listen? or there are so many people who judge us and imprisoned us? How many of us wants to be free? how many of us cried themselves to sleep inside that confined place? How many of us seek justice but will never be given? How many of us have surrendered and given up the fight? and most of all how many of us will die inside that cold cell when we reach the bottoming point?

HOW MANY OF US ARE PRISONERS? DO YOU KNOW… I DONT!

But how do we know if our intuition is right or wrong?

Unfortunately nobody can answer  if your intuition is a mere guesswork. Only time will tell. Nonetheless, Most of us still believe that our intuition is right.  In my case, I feel the same.

I’m personally sensitive to my own thoughts and feeling. I have this keen sense of observing people by collecting bits and pieces. That makes my  intuition often useful. I tried once guessing my friend using my own hunches. That time my “guts” are really impossible to ignore. I tried to confront him though I feel so unsure. I found the best way of extracting information out of him by pointing out that he already told me. Interestingly, My clairsentience or clear sensing actually doesn’t lead me astray. After all, I rarely miss

Moreover, If  you are considering your intuition and you want to allow your mind to draw conclusion. You must figure out the degree to which you may trust your intuition. If your intuition says that particular person did it and he/ she displays signs that he or she is doing it, then your hunches could be right.On the other hand we can’t say it is absolute. Some people believe that intuition convince people to look for confirmation of their “illusionary thinking.“

Therefore in some extent its implication could be damaging. So, we must used our intuition wisely to arrived with rationality. We need to note that it will be difficult for us to dismiss false intuition once it is created in our mind.

Music are used for some therapy to help other people cope with stress. I tried to listen to the music she recommended me. She even gave me something to listen too. At first I’m hesitant and think its boring since some of the song were really oldies but then I realize after listening to this music that it would really make you feel at ease. I want you to try it.

Everyone was convinced and started handing their hands.. I think everyone got an answer after he read their future. their faces can’t get rid the feeling of satisfaction. No suspicion of a foul play. huh! No doubt, I also grew interested but I wouldn’t wanna get near him. Meanwhile, he stare at me and started telling me “are you afraid to have your palm reading? later, I was convinced to have it read but I know not how.

Although there was a lot of hesitation before he started reading my palm and I also felt so uneasy because it seems there was something wrong. He began to reach out while sitting quietly and staring down in my hand..he paused for a looong time. Eventually he begun talking about stuff. I thought he was joking but he appears to be serious. Suddenly, he begin to break the silence by stating ” The lines in your hands are a lot, You must have a heck of experience in your life”.

I was really surprise with what he said well coz I really have a lot of lines in my palm and u will really go cahrazy seeing ‘em. after a while he followed it up with ” Your gonna die soon”. I can’t hold myself steady after hearing that and yet I said gently.. all right when, where and how?” because I’m curious and I really wanna know. With a quick glance he said. “I dunno, but you will.”

Honestly at first it didn’t matter but every time something so grievous come into my life It haunted me day and night and I was really trouble with such thought and his voice came to my head from time to time, but it gradually fades off every time I survive a tragic event in my life. Faith kept me back awhile. I think I have the greatest faith in God that keeps me alive.

I can’t say that people who believe in palmistry are packed of cahrazy fools…But I have learned the remarkable fact.. that nothing beats the power of God. Such I have long known that nobody can tell our fate and destiny… only God Knows for sure.

It is also believe that a ovulating women sway their hips more while walking and ovulating women are more interested in going to social gatherings. This non theistic religion called Church of Body Modification have gained criticism rather than praise especially after a student was caught violating a school rules and regulations with a nose piercing. The family argued that their right was indeed violated. From my own perspective, I have nothing against people with tattoo or piercing but I would say we should know rules. When and where it is applicable and allowable to wear a tatt or piercing. for instance, we know for a fact that some school doesn’t allow such thingies. for this reason, don’t get into that school so it will not stir controversy. It is definitely an issue if you do not know how to follow dress code or school rules. This people just want to gain media attention.

firstly, We need to think what if the students are really doing it for fashion sense, which will really affects the standard of the school. Student need to conform because they are subject for disciplinary actions.

We can’t blame school officials from implementing their policy, They are just ensuring that their school rules and system is strictly followed. If in case student’s expression are indicative of violating their rules and system they  have the need to otherwise discipline the students. They are just doing their job.

Although an embarrassing reality could hit us on a daily basis.We need to realize that it is a normal thingie. It could happen to anyone.Hiccups, hiccoughs or singultus as we call it occurs when spasm contracts the diaphragm. This spasm causes intake of breath that is suddenly stop by the closure of our vocal chords( glottis) This closure causes that audible sound.This could last within a minutes or few hours that doesn’t require any treatment, but if it takes more that 48 hours which we called persistent hiccups or hiccups that could last longer than a month which we called intractable hiccups, then it needs to be check by the health care professional. It is a sign of severe health problems.

CAUSES OF HICCUPS

• eating spicy foods
• emotional stress, excitement or nervousness
• eating large amount of meal that overstretched stomach
• drinking carbonated beverages and swallowing air
• abrupt changes of temperature  like when drinking a hot beverage and cold beverage  (inside the body) walking outside the snow and going somewhere warm ( outside the body)
• Eating too much food too quickly
• drinking too much alcohol
• Swallowing too much air
• smoking

COMMON TREATMENT FOR HICCUPS

In most cases treatment of hiccups involve increasing the level of carbon dioxide in our blood.  This are some thingies you can do:

Holding your breath and counting slowly to 10. ( this is what I usually do)
Breathing repeatedly into a paper bag for a limited period of time.
Quickly drinking a glass of cold water.
Eating a teaspoon of sugar or honey( but this is the safest)

Methods like holding breath, taking short breaths or breathing into a bag must be avoided. This practice increase the percentage of carbon dioxide in blood which may lead to vertigo and/or fainting.

Caroline Munro

Born 16 January 1949  is an English actress and model known for her many appearances in horror, science fiction and action films of the 1970s and 1980s. Her career took off in 1966 when her mother and photographer friend entered some headshots of her to Britain’s The Evening News “Face of the Year” contest. She land her first job modeling for Vogue magazine. She is known for her roles as Bond Girl Honey Ryder in Dr. No, for which she won a Golden Globe, and as vesper Lynd in the 1967 James Bond  parody Casino Royale. Andress become the “quintessential” Bond girl because of her scene when she rises out of the Caribbean Sea in a white bikini and is now considered iconi. She posed nude for Playboy in 1965. Andress co-starred with Elvis Presley  in the 1963 film, fun in Acapulco with Frank Sinatra in $ for Texas (1963), opposite Marcelo Mastroianni in the 10th Victim (1965), and as the countess in The Blue Maxx ( 1966). Born as Claudine Oger  on 26 April 1942 in Paris, France. Her most famous role was as Bond girl Dominique “Domino” Derval in the James Bond film Thunderball (1965). She earned the title of Miss France Mode and was also the first runner-up in the 1958 Miss world contest. She attended St. Joan of Arc College and later Paris Drama Conservatory, where she performed dramatic roles. She made her film debut when she was still at school. Jean Cocteau cast her in an uncredited role as a tall ballerina in The Testament of Orpheus (1960). When she was 18, she married the 41-year-old writer-director Pierre Gaspard-Huit, and he cast her in several films: The Iron Mask (1962); The Vengeance of Kali (1963), etc. Auger impressed the producers so much that they re-wrote the part to that of a French woman to better suit Auger. Born on 19 May 1941 in Blackpool, England is an English model who is best known for her appearance as Tilly Masterson in the James Bond movie Goldfinger (1964). Honor Blackman

born 22 August 1925 was born in Plaistow, Newham London. She is known for the roles of Cathy Gale in The Avengers (1962–64) and Bond girl Pussy Galore in Goldfinger (1964). She was trained as an actress at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Blackman’s films include Quartet (1948) and So Long at the Fair (1950) with Dirk Bogarde, A Night to Remember (1958); Life at the Top (1965) with Laurence Harvey, The Virgin and the Gypsy (1970), and the Western films Shalako (1968) with Sean Connery and Brigitte Bardot and Something Big (1971) with Dean Martin. She played the role of Hera in Jason and the Argonauts (1963). She also did an overdub for an actress in the same film providing the voice for the character of Medea. More recently, she has had small roles in the films Bridget Jones Diary (2001) and Jack Brown and the Curse of the Crown (also 2001).
